Okei, we went to OLFU around 7:30 am then got there around 8 sharp just in time before our orientation starts. The orientation for Freshmen and Transferees were located at VSB bldg. AVR 1 and AVR 2. Luckily in my sked it written that im in AVR 1. We waited for i think 10 mins. then the head in charge assists us to AVR 1, wherein we fill up a form including our section, no. and date today(the name and course were already written there). Then we proceed to the AVR 1. The room was kinda cold coz' of the AC's ofcourse then when we were almost complete, teh Orientation Program begun.
In teh said orientation, the emcee, one of the English professors I guess, tackled all about Fatima(obviously)haha, its facilities, services, academic programs, courses and activities they provide for the students in the said University. There are also intermission numbers that are presented to us, one of those were from the Peer Counselors of OLFU(ahm their the students) who've perform a dance number in the tune of " Pokerface". They're quite good but I think our group(CRAZY MIXED) were much better than them haha (sorry!)....another was from the College of Hotel and Restaurant Management, wherein they have sampled us some of the basics and tricks in BArtending. The whole program were mostly runned by a Powerpoint presentation. We've quite enjoyed it and learned something from it.
After the Orientation which finished around 11 am, I headed to the rooms for Relaesing of I.D, then in the Blood Extraction room( grr i hate needles,...it freaked me out alot though i do love blood haha) and finally to the X-ray waiting room area, wherein I saw Maxe also going in the line for X-ray, though i 've finished earlier that's why we headed home early.
On monday, i think i'll be signing up for the campus orgs. that i m gonna join. THen when I've gathered enough acquiantances on 15 maybe get my Library card as well...
Well thats it my, Orientation experience.
bye2x
